The Ocean.

Whether you are staring out over it or swimming in it, the ocean always gives back.

The mesmerising blue hues of the ocean while staring out over her in Italy.

This is one thing that has always stayed with me.

The healing power of the ocean.

Whether it is in Italy, France, South Africa, Indonesia, Australia or an island in the middle of nowhere.

She always gives back.

Figuratively by answering your questions, lifting your mood or deepening your understanding.

Literally by healing wounds and clearing out sinuses when you let her embrace you by going for a swim.

Also, let’s not forget all the awesome activities she makes possible:

• surfing

• sailing

• diving

• collecting sea shells

• building sand castles

• etc.

And so much more.
